How We Ship Your Tees
What shipping company do you use?
We use the United States Post Office (USPS) for shipping. We are big fans of the States, so that just makes sense for us.
How long will it take to get my order?
We hand tag, roll, and box each order before sealing it and putting it in the mail. We drop tees for shipping twice a week, then the USPS works hard to get those tees to you quickly, within three to five working days.
I don’t live in the U.S., how can I get your shirts?
We love our international neighbors and friends, but we currently don’t ship our products to addresses outside the physical United States. Examples would be military addresses (e.g., APO/DPO/FPO/US territories) or freight-forwarding addresses. We need an actual physical address within the US to successfully process and ship your order.
Ways to Pay
What different types of payment are accepted?
We are grateful to have your business and we have options for you: any major credit and debit card, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. However, we do not accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. Also, cards that do not participate in the verification process will not be accepted.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes. Of course. Freedom X is required by law to collect sales taxes based on the state where the order is being shipping to.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of your order.
Orders and Returns
What is your return policy?
If for some reason your tee is damaged or doesn’t fit, you may return unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a refund to the original form of payment. Please be sure the hang tags are fastened to the shirt as originally sent.
Refunds are processed based on applicable product and tax charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

How can I check my order status?
Log in to your account by clicking the “My Account” icon in the upper right-hand corner of your browser. Enter your login information, then select “Orders” from the options on the left. What you’re looking for is listed there.
How can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it to us. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return it by mail.
Do you offer exchanges?
Please contact us at whatsup@freedom-x-threads.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and what you would like to exchange the item for.
What if I didn’t get what I ordered?
Then something went haywire in the delivery process. Please contact us at whatsup@freedom-x-threads.com, and we’ll work with the USPS tracking numbers to confirm and get things sorted out.
